I'm Eddie Rizvi. I have worked as an IT project manager since 2016, and I built The Eddie System so professionals could practice project management the way the job is actually done: running a project, making the decisions and presenting them at formal reviews.
The Eddie System runs a live training and project-simulation platform with 50+ realistic projects across many industries. Members work inside the Live PMO, our simulated project management office, where every project moves through five phases and four formal phase gates.

How We'll Help You
Twelve weeks in three phases.
Phase 1Weeks 1 to 4
Prepare
A personal career assessment and roadmap, then structured project management preparation and practical exercises.
Phase 2Weeks 5 to 10
Execute
Run a complete Live PMO project simulation. Build the Project Charter, Project Plan, SteerCo Update & Change Request and Project Closure Document, present each one at a formal phase gate and get expert feedback.
Phase 3Weeks 11 to 12
Become interview ready
Finalize your career positioning, turn your project into interview stories and practice explaining your decisions.

On the 30 to 45 minute call, we talk through your situation, explain the program and decide together whether it is the right fit.
If it is, you receive the full terms in writing and the steps to enroll.
If the program is not the right fit right now, we will tell you and point you to a better option.
The program is about US $5,000 in total, with installment options. The exact price and terms are confirmed in writing before you enroll.
