Privacy notice

Who we are

This website and the PM Career Accelerator are run by The Eddie System. The program is sold by The Eddie System. When this notice says “we” or “us”, it means The Eddie System.

What we collect

When you apply, we collect the answers you give us:

• your name and email address
• your phone number and LinkedIn profile, if you choose to add them
• your current role, industry, years of experience, project management experience and any credentials you select
• your goals: the role you are working toward, your biggest challenge and what success would look like for you
• your weekly availability, when you could start, and your readiness for the investment
• whether you are already a member of The Eddie System
• whether you agreed to receive marketing emails

We also record the date and time you applied, which version of this page you used, and the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source), so we know which channels bring applicants.

To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly uses your connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is not saved with your application.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs of visits to this website, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser keeps the campaign tags for the current visit only, so they can be sent with your application.

How we use it

We use your application to:

• review it and decide on the next step
• contact you about your application, and schedule and prepare for your consultation
• understand which channels bring applicants, using the campaign tags only

Your answers are sorted automatically into one of three next steps, which you see as soon as you apply. If you think the result does not fit your situation, email us and a person will look at it.

Booking a consultation

If you are invited to book a consultation, you choose a time on Calendly, a scheduling service. It handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

The booking link includes your application reference, a random code such as app_3f9c0a1b2d, so we can match your booking to your application. Your name and email are never added to the link.

Where your application is stored

Applications are stored in a private Notion workspace operated by The Eddie System. Notion is the service we use to keep and review applications. The database is not public.

Our service providers are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed there.

Who can see it

Eddie Rizvi and the people at The Eddie System who review applications or run consultations can see your application.

Our service providers, Notion (which stores applications) and Vercel (which hosts this website), handle it only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your information. Your answers are never sent to advertising or analytics platforms.

How long we keep it

• If your application is not a fit right now, or you withdraw it, we delete it 12 months after you applied.
• If you join the program, your application becomes part of your enrollment record.
• Any other application is deleted once we no longer need it to talk with you about the program.

You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time.

Marketing emails are optional

The application has a separate box for marketing emails. It starts unticked, and you do not need to tick it to apply.

If you tick it, we record the date and time and the exact wording you agreed to. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in any marketing email or by emailing us.

Your phone number is only used to coordinate your consultation. It is never used for text marketing.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your application, at any time. Email support@eddierizvi.com from the address you applied with, and we will reply within 30 days.
